Doing it alone sucks!
I was completely stressed out and totally burnout, to be honest with you! At the start of my business, I was doing everything on my own.
Here are two things I learnt throughout my Entrepreneurial Journey:
- Doing it alone is not helping you move forward in your business. I used to think that I could do it all by myself but what I was doing was controlling every part of my business with fear to let it go to someone else’s hands. The reality is that a good leader needs to have the ability to delegate the parts of the business that are a time suck and focus on what she’s passionate doing.
- I wasn’t investing in myself or any external supporting help. I struggled for years without outsourcing because I was too scared to let go of controlling all the parts of my business. Until the day that I said, “enough is enough, Sofia”! I started looking for external help so that I could be more productive and a better Coach. I stopped stressing about “things” that are not relevant and start to trust the helping hands. It all changed in my business.
In this chat with my amazing Coach and biz bestie Sanae Floyd, I pour my heart out and tell you exactly what I did wrong and what I did right. Bear in mind it’s all part of your journey. Besides the failures, you’ll encounter as well as successes are needed to help you grow in your business. That is why I joined The Coaches Business Accelerator Academy. It’s been a game-changer in all aspects.
I invite you to watch this short video where I speak about my own story journey. Hopefully, it will inspire you to follow your dreams and aspirations. At the beginning of every endeavour, there is uncertainty, frustration but when you find your true purpose and what you are passionate about doing then the breakthroughs and moments of clarity resurface. Believe that they are in there inside of you, just waiting to be unleashed!
Sanae Floyd has helped me unleash my true essence and in effect, she helped me find my inner self so that I could finally start performing how I wanted to. Sanae made it possible for me to discover my true passion and unleashed my gifts to the world.
You helped ME, BE so that I could DO what I truly want.
Going forward I’m equipped and supported by not only an amazing business coach but also connected to a community that allows me to be me and challenges my deepest fears. I know the real value in investing in myself and investing in others.
